Noh, one of our creative and crafty After-school Facilitators, is training school teachers in making educational resources from recycled materials. Noh works with teachers from four different schools in our community each week. This week, they learned to make bunnies from toilet paper rolls and were so excited to take them home!
Before beginning her work as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Thanda, Alicia was a Healthy Youth Advisor for the U.S. Peace Corps in South Africa's neighboring country, Lesotho. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Denver in Colorado, USA with a degree in International Health and Development.
