It’s no secret…our Organic Farming Programme is transforming our rural community! In 2018, our motivated farmers sold over R1.5 million worth of produce, representing a 240% increase in sales from the year before. Needless to say, our farmers are feeling inspired, encouraged, and looking forward to a great year ahead.
Before beginning her work as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Thanda, Alicia was a Healthy Youth Advisor for the U.S. Peace Corps in South Africa's neighboring country, Lesotho. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Denver in Colorado, USA with a degree in International Health and Development.
