Amadumbe is known as the “potato of the tropics,” and is found all over the world in subtropical regions. We are very familiar with it on our coastline of South Africa and harvest it year-round. Also, Amadumbe is very rich in starch and provide good dietary fibre. Our Organic Farming Programme is entering autumn, a wonderful season on the farms!
