We typically start the year with Hero Books because it evolves and grows with grade levels. Participants from Grade 4 went more in-depth to The Heroes Journey discussing movies, stories, and heroes in their own lives. They saw themselves as heroes when they got a letter from their classmates describing their best qualities and drew a comic to represent who heroes are to them. We look forward to starting Term 2 in April!
